Timmy Hill and OXYwater Return to FAS Lane Racing in Indianapolis

MOORESVILLE, N.C. - (July 24, 2013) - While he has not been behind the wheel of the No. 32 FAS Lane Racing Ford in over a month, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series rookie driver Timmy Hill has been busy preparing for his return to action. After five races of being on the sidelines while veterans Ken Schrader, Terry Labonte and Boris Said filled the No. 32 seat, Hill and sponsor OXYwater make their return this weekend at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  For the ninth time this season, Hill will pilot the No. 32 OXYwater Ford in the running of the Brickyard 400 on Sunday.

"I'm glad to finally be back in the seat of the No. 32 OXYwater Ford this week in Indianapolis," stated Hill.  "The Brickyard 400 is one of the biggest races in the world and I am so blessed to be a part of it. I raced the Indianapolis Motor Speedway last year in the inaugural race for the Nationwide Series which was an incredible learning experience but it also allowed me to soak in the incredible amount of history this track has."

Hill, the 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie of the Year, will make his Sprint Cup Series debut at the legendary Indianapolis track this weekend.  He did compete in the last years NASCAR Nationwide Series event at the 2.5-mile oval where he earned a 23rd place finish.

FAS Lane Racing will also be joined once again by sponsor Front Row Tailgating - the leader in Sports Tailgating and Hospitality.  The Indianapolis based company will be busy this weekend entertaining various clients in their turn two suite.

"In the weeks leading up to this event, I put my work clothes on and came to work to learn these cars more," added Timmy. "The races that I was not behind the wheel of the car, I was still at the track helping the guys anyway I could - behind the car pushing and turning wrenches. I learned a lot these past few weeks when it comes to adjustments and communication which for sure will make me a better driver. Something cool that I was able to do during my off weeks was becoming a licensed pilot. If the weather is good my plan is to take my first cross country flight to Indianapolis with my dad and put my pilot skills to work."

The running of the Crown Royal Samuel Deeds 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway will run this Sunday July 28th at 1:00 p.m. ET.    The race can be viewed LIVE nationally on ESPN and heard on IMS Racing Network stations and on Sirius XM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
